  • Where is my email from PromisingDates?

    While the majority of emails from PromisingDates will arrive in the regular email inbox, a few email providers may route them to the spam or promotions folder/tab. If you see the email in the spam or promotions folder, please move that email to your inbox and then click the confirmation link.

    If you are using a Gmail email account:

    Also look in the Promotions tab/folder.

  • How do I specify my mobile phone number during the mobile phone number verification step?

    You need to specify your whole phone number including the area code but excluding your country code.
    For example, if you live in the US or Canada with phone area code 123, specify your number in the format 1234567890 using 10 digits, country code +1 will be assumed when we send the text/SMS to verify your phone number.
